The City of Glencoe has an Industrial Park that offers key transportation advantages and access to markets in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. Lots begin $1.25 per square foot with incentives available to qualifying businesses, including free land based on total job creation. There is one park located along US Highway 212 with available railroad service with Twin Cities & Western Railroad and another on Highway 22 by Miller Manufacturing.
